When a sprint needs an extra pair of hands for QA, you jump in. When a client asks a technical question, you answer it — because you understand the code. When something breaks on Friday afternoon, you don't file a ticket and wait; you investigate, triage, and if needed, fix it yourself.

You don't need to be a senior developer. But you need to have been one at some point — or at least understand code well enough that engineers respect your technical judgment. The rest (specific PM tooling, client management finesse) you'll sharpen on the job with us.
